An immaculate private villa sleeping up to 12 guests, with breath-taking sea views and walking distance to Agni Bay.
Agni Bay Retreat is exactly as it sounds, a splendid private base for a family holiday, the villa itself is lived in by the charming owners for most of the year so is incredibly homely, not just any old rental villa.
As you enter the villa you will find yourself in the beautiful lounge area which leads in to the huge kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could think of!
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master double with incredible views over the olive groves down to the bay, and a further double room with balcony. There is also a 3rd bedroom on this floor with 2 sets of bunk beds ideal for the little ones. This room has access to the shower room next door whilst the other 2 bedrooms are en-suite, one with bath and shower, another with a shower only.
Outside of the villa is a spacious terrace bursting with plumbago, bougainvillea and citrus trees, here you will find the annexes with 2 en-suite bedrooms, ideal for those looking for a little space and independence.
All bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views rom their balcony or terrace with exception of the room with bunk beds.
There is a gorgeous shaded dining area seating up to 12 guests which overlooks the large and inviting pool, which is accessed by steps and has a large shallow end for the kids (and grown ups!) to muck about in.
The views from the terrace really are spectacular, gazing out to sea over to the coastline of Albania is nothing short of magical.
Up a few stone steps there is also a shaded loggia area which, from its elevated position has of course got those incredible views, but there is no fence or wall, so not recommended for kids, or tipsy adults!
Although it would be so easy to relax at the villa and not move throughout your stay, there is a *path down to Agni beach so you can meander down to the handful of tavernas in just 5 minutes, there are also water sports available for those want to experience some action at sea.
Although the location is superb and a car is not essential, we do recommend hiring one as there are so many gorgeous coves and beaches to explore along the pristine coastline of north-east Corfu.
